Creamy Cheese Torta Bow Ties

Ingredients

  • 2 tubs cheese torta
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 500g farfalle
  • 1 cup reserved pasta water

Preparation

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain, set aside 1 cup pasta water.
  • In the same pot, over very low flame pour in milk and noodles.
  • Working quickly, mix in cheese torta adding pasta water a little at a time until sauce is loose. (it will thicken as it cools)
  • Transfer to serving dish.
  • Enjoy!
