- Flake Gourmet Tuyo.
- Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat and sauté garlic 1 minute or till fragrant. Do not brown.
- Add sliced mushrooms to pan with a small pinch of salt and ¼ tsp. ground black pepper. Sauté 5 min.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in cream and ½ cup of the reserved pasta water, then add cooked linguini. Toss to coat.
- Take pan off the flame and mix in flaked tuyo. If sauce gets too thick, just add pasta water 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- Transfer to serving dish.
