C.K. Gourmet Tuyo Pasta With Kesong Puti

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Gourmet Tuyo
  • 10 pcs. ripe tomato
  • 1 head garlic, peeled and sliced
  • handful fresh basil
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 packs fresh kesong puti

Preparation

  • Flake Gourmet Tuyo.
  • Dice fresh tomatoes.
  • Wash and dry basil leaves.
  • Cook noodles according to package directions, set aside 1 cup pasta water.
  • Heat a large frying pan and pour in the oil from Connie's Kitchen Gourmet Tuyo.
  • Sauté diced tomato and sliced garlic with a small pinch of salt over low heat, 10 mins.
  • Add drained noodles to pan, toss to combine. Add pasta water a little at a time just until the noodles are easily mixed.
  • Mix in flaked Connie's Kitchen Gourmet Tuyo and take the pan off the stove.
  • Using your hands, tear fresh basil over noodles, mix in.
  • Transfer to serving dish and top with cubed kesong puti
  • Enjoy!
