Preparation
- Flake Gourmet Tuyo.
- Dice fresh tomatoes.
- Wash and dry basil leaves.
- Cook noodles according to package directions, set aside 1 cup pasta water.
- Heat a large frying pan and pour in the oil from Connie's Kitchen Gourmet Tuyo.
- Sauté diced tomato and sliced garlic with a small pinch of salt over low heat, 10 mins.
- Add drained noodles to pan, toss to combine. Add pasta water a little at a time just until the noodles are easily mixed.
- Mix in flaked Connie's Kitchen Gourmet Tuyo and take the pan off the stove.
- Using your hands, tear fresh basil over noodles, mix in.
- Transfer to serving dish and top with cubed kesong puti
- Enjoy!
