Preparation
- Flake Gourmet Tuyo.
- Wash, dry and roughly chop parsley.
- Cook noodles according to package directions, set aside 1 cup pasta water.
- Place a large pan over medium heat and sauté garlic in olive oil 1-2 mins. Be careful to not toast the garlic.
- Mix in olives and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté 2 mins.
- Pour in the cream and 1/2 of the pasta water, mix.
- Place the fettuccini in the pan and mix gently till well coated. If sauce gets thick, pour in pasta water a little at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Mix in flaked Connie's Kitchen Gourmet Tuyo and chopped parsley.
- Transfer to serving dish and top with grated parmesan cheese.
