Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Gourmet Tuyo
  • 3 tbsp. crushed garlic
  • 10 pcs. ripe tomato
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup reserved pasta water

Preparation

  • Flake Gourmet Tuyo
  • Cook noodles according to package directions, set aside 1 cup pasta water.
  • Heat a large frying pan and pour in the oil from Connie's Kitchen Gourmet Tuyo.
  • Sauté crushed garlic 2 mins.
  • Add drained noodles to pan, toss to combine. Add pasta water a little at a time just until the noodles are easily mixed.
  • Mix in flaked Connie's Kitchen Gourmet Tuyo and take the pan off the stove.
  • Mix in chopped tomatoes.
  • Transfer to serving dishes, top each with fried egg.
