- Flake Gourmet Tuyo
- Cook noodles according to package directions, set aside 1 cup pasta water.
- Heat a large frying pan and pour in the oil from Connie's Kitchen Gourmet Tuyo.
- Sauté crushed garlic 2 mins.
- Add drained noodles to pan, toss to combine. Add pasta water a little at a time just until the noodles are easily mixed.
- Mix in flaked Connie's Kitchen Gourmet Tuyo and take the pan off the stove.
- Mix in chopped tomatoes.
- Transfer to serving dishes, top each with fried egg.
